The funds raised will pay for Lea’s orthopedic surgery and physical therapy as well as Bianca’s physical therapy, laser treatments and possible amputation. Bianca has begun laser treatment and Lea starts pre-operative physical therapy next week. Both girls will be in Foster homes before and after surgery (after being released from the hospital). Our ultimate goal is to place them both in an adoptive home and we would love for them to stay together!

Join Salty Dog Paddle for our monthly full moon paddle for charity on Tuesday, Aug 15th from 6:30PM – 8:30PM. The moonrise will be at 8PM so we want to beheaded back by that time! This is one of the most popular full moon paddles in South Florida. We paddle the intracoastal waters of Downtown West Palm Beach and land on Palm Beach island. This paddle is perfect for first-timers since the water is so calm and dog-friendly!

A few weeks ago, a foster picked up Joel in a pool of his own blood. He had been hit by a car and left to die. She took him to hospital where they had to partially amputate his tail and ear due to it being dead-tissue.
