Meet Artemis- the one-year-old Bloodhound with a nose that keeps up with the scent hound reputation. Artemis was outside in his yard with his mom one minute and the next minute he found himself near a busy road and was hit by a car.
His mom’s world was turned upside down when she realized Artemis had wandered off and something so tragic happened. We are asking for your help to help save this puppy’s life. He is so young and has so much to learn and love. Artemis suffered a severe broken leg and collapsed lung along with other severe trauma. He is stable in the hospital but will need surgery to save his life. Please help us give this nosey pup a second chance at the world and not let his one mistake be his last.
Update as of January 2022:
Thank you so much to everyone who donated and supported Artemis this last month. He had surgery and is recovering at home.
He is recovering very well and should be back to his puppy self soon enough.
We appreciate every single one who made it possible for this guy to not only live but walk again!
